Oladele Orofin is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Chartered Stockbroker with a vast range of experience across both private and public sectors of the economy.

He is solution-driven professional with decades of experience in Financial Reporting, Internal Audit and Assurance, Taxation, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control and Regulatory Compliance, Credit analysis along with various treasury functions across diverse industries and financial sector.

Oladele is skilled in both Money and Capital Market Operations such as Specialized and Structure Finance, Portfolio/Fund Management, Broker/Dealer, Issuing House, Trustees Business, Registrars, Investment Banking etc.

He started his work career with Infinity Mercy Property as an Internal Control and Audit Officer before proceeded to MTN Nigeria/MaryAbik Connect Store as a Customer Relationship Manager. He joined Capital Bancorp Plc, one of the leading players in the Money and Capital Market business as an Accountant and also worked as the Group Head Internal Control and Audit in the same organization. He joined Pan African Capital Holdings as the Group Enterprise Risk Management/Chief Compliance Officer and Later joined AVA Capital Partner Limited as the Group Head Compliance. He is currently the Enterprise Risk Management/Compliance Manager at SFL Assets Management Limited.

He holds B.Sc. in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stockbroker, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and a member Institute of Internal Audit of Nigeria.
