Dr. Ola-Oluwa James Abidemi is a highly accomplished professional specializing in business administration, regulatory compliance, and risk / control management. His academic achievements include a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Business Administration, an M.Ed. in Educational Administration and Management, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration and the Compliance Institute of Nigeria. He began his career at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in the Debt Management Office, where he gained critical expertise in bond/treasury bill, public finance and regulatory operations. He later contributed significantly to the establishment of Mega Equities Limited, playing a key role in obtaining the firm’s Broker/Dealer and fund/portfolio licenses while excelling as a regulatory leader in his role as Chief Compliance/Internal Control Manager. At GlobalView Capital Limited, he further advanced compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes.
