Mr. Oluwafemi Okusanya is presently the General Manager/COO of Sovereign Investments Limited, an affiliate company of Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc. He is a Financial services expert with vast experience in structured and specialized finance, corporate and Investment banking, credit analysis and management, asset-backed financing and leasing, microfinance banking operations and management, and credit/business risk identification analysis and mitigation.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and he holds a Master of Business Administration from the Prestigious University of Lagos. He brings a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years of professional practice to the Board.
