Mr. Olusola Dada is currently the Managing Director of Sovereign Finance Company Limited. He brings to the board a significant wealth of experience in Financial Services and Investment spanning over 20 years. 

He was the Founder and Managing Director/CEO of Opexcorp Investments Limited, prior to which he was Head of the Investment Management Division at Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, a leading Insurance Company with a focus on Insurance Underwriting in Nigeria. Having worked at various Commercial and Investment Banking outfits both locally and internationally, Sola is a well-grounded finance expert with vast experience in Business & Project finance, financial engineering, and business incubation. He is well versed in financing activities, particularly in areas covering Savings and Investments, Loans origination and syndication, as well as Money and Capital markets operations.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He is an esteemed Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an alumnus of the Prestigious Lagos Business School. He has attended vital management and professional training programs that cut across Financial Services intermediation, Portfolio Management, Business process re-engineering, Financial technology, and Leadership; within Nigeria and internationally.
